Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026. For EU/US compliance (GDPR/CCPA).

1. Who we are

wiselob (ClawPro) is an AI assistant system that runs on your Mac and can be controlled from your iPhone. This policy covers the wiselob marketing site, API (api.clawup.app), and related services.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: If you sign in with Apple, we store your Apple user ID (sub), optional email, and display name so we can identify you and manage your account.
  • Gateway registrations: When you register your Mac’s gateway with our API (e.g. for discovery from another device), we store host, port, and an encrypted token so you can reconnect. Tokens are encrypted at rest when an encryption key is configured.
  • Chat and agent data: Chat messages and agent activity run on your Mac and are stored only on your machine (or in your OpenClaw Gateway). We do not store or log chat content on our servers.

3. How we use data

We use account and gateway data to provide auth, gateway discovery, and (if you use it) optional LLM proxy. We do not sell your data. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve the product.

4. Third parties

  • Apple: Sign in with Apple is used for authentication; see Apple’s privacy policy for their handling of your Apple ID.
  • Cloudflare: Our API and site may be hosted on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, Pages). Request metadata (e.g. IP, timing) may be processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.
  • OpenRouter (optional): If you use our LLM proxy, your chat messages are sent to OpenRouter for AI inference. We do not add your user ID to those requests. See OpenRouter’s privacy policy for their practices.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can export your data or delete your account via the API:

  • Export: GET /me/export (with your Bearer token) returns your account and gateway data.
  • Delete account: POST /me/delete permanently deletes your account and all associated data (gateways, preferences).

For other requests, contact us at [email protected].

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all API and web traffic. When you connect your iPhone to your Mac’s gateway over the internet, we recommend using WSS (TLS) so that chat and controls are encrypted in transit. Gateway tokens stored in our database can be encrypted at rest when an encryption key is configured.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
